Dear God. I don't know if Dixy Chicken is a national chain or not but the ones in Halifax and Huddersfield are VILE! As for me, chinese takeway is my favourite fast food. I do like fish and chips but like Edrof says, they're hit and miss. I fancy them for WEEKS, finally get round to getting some... and usually end up disappointed.

I was just thinking, what ever happened tof fish skin on fish and chips

I miss it. Suppose it's to yucky for modern people. Who also won't touch anything than sirloin steak and not cheek or ox tail or anything else.

Can still get it by the coast, or can up in Yorkshire anyway.

What i'd like to know is why don't (most) fish and chip shops deliver? I would much much much much rather order fish n chips on a friday night rather than a crappy half hearted excuse for a pizza

Cost and it's awful delivered. Goes soggy and cold. Fair few places do fish and chips delivered.
