nothing if you cook it well i.e. grill bacon and don't fry the egg in a load of oil. Poach for the win really though ;)

HEATHEN.

Bacon fried up in empty, non-stick pan on very high heat.

Eggs then fried in the residue from that - cheap supermarket bacon = loadsa water content :rolleyes:

Must get some proper bacon from a butcher around here some time, supermarket bacon bloody sucks!

Oh, I also added ketchup.

it was the best thing I have eaten in weeks! :D

How can you eat Penguins anymore, they are bland and don't even taste of chocolate anymore, they are rubish compared to how they used to me.

Tesco value versions of Pengiuns are much nicer.

The value versions just taste of sugar, way way to sweet.
penguins aren't much better.

I forgot a regular treat of mine, quite often i do black pudding sarnies, slice the black pudding, oil in a pan about halfway up the pudding (keeps it nice and smooth and supple, plus i like it a bit greasyer anyway). Fry.
Butter some nice thick bread from the bakers, stick it in there, bit of ketchup, it's NOM tastic.
