I do a mean chickpea, chorizo and cabbage soup. Definitely my fave. I do like a bit of leek and potato as well when I'm feeling rough.

they do it at a little resturant in my town but only as a special and they only do it every now and again. it is lovely tho worth popping in to see if it on special or not

Lentil & Smoked Bacon
Toulouse Sausage and Puy Lentil
White Bean and Bacon

If I making it myself then Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato or Leek & Spinach.
