Feedback on logo?

Not supposed to be a professional logo in anyway but just for a personal side-project.

And although it's nowhere near ready, here's what I'm working on atm.

Keep in mind that there's gonna be a lot of errors on that page and things won't look right atm. The coding is also a bit hack and slash too but will tidy it all up when it's nearing completion. It'll be centred too by the way.

Thanks a lot guys.

The logo went through 10 major changes and many pages of my sketchbook.

Pleased to hear that so far, my coding is holding up as it's all been self taught and has been a bit of a headwrecker. The only thing I'm still not sure about is getting something to auto centre at any resolution/browser size.

As for the name, this is something that concerned me also, but I've got something in mind to tackle that.

Yep saw that.

And I see it this way....

1. They're not a competitor
2. They're probably already fairly well known

SO... if someone searches for CreativeNerd or CreativeNerds, then I'll be there too, given me a little boost in getting a little extra exposure for free.

Something I learned while studying business, but I already had the domain before realising there was a CreativeNerds.

Yeah, a few extra hits is always a bonus.

Had the same issue with my last site. There was a HardLightMedia.com that was no more than just a blank page.

OK, I've put in the container div and it looks correctly positioned, but how do I now get the rest to be contained within?

What I've got atm is the main page background centered as I need it, but the other elements aren't staying in their position within the container. Or in other words, it only looks right when the window is resized.

Much to learn, I still have. Hmm.
