Feeling So Depressed.

mate ** issues seem a little mild, just sounds like ** in a rut, but dont i repeat do not go see your gp they jus wack you on anti depressants and thats not what you need and its a slippery slope. i can tell you a long story about a friend of mine who was diagonised with mild epilepsy when she was 16 and she sprialled into paranioia and panic about aving a fit over the next 5 years put on weight etc and the doctors just gave her valium and diaizapam. her bf of 5 years could cope anymore as she was off work for 2 years and stayed indoors as the outside world and even tv adverts made her panic and worry. he left and it gave her the kick up the @ss she needed and she has a job on 17k (which aint bad for someone who left school aged 16) and she is out more nights a week than me! and im a lazy uni student. you just need to pull yourself outta this rut mate.....exercise is good gym once a day and an outdoor hobby..fishing is top

My problems revolve around and can get me down :-

- job
- Wanting to get my own place
- meeting some new

Currently deciding best course of action but job stops me forefilling these. The problem with the job is I have no aspirations or inspirations for what I want to do. So even if I quit, being on the dole would kill me with boredom. I am skilled in IT but IT I am finding boring, uninteresting, heavily time consuming and unrewarding.
