Feet healthcare routine

Hi guys..

Without me going into gruesome details about hard skin, cracked heels, blisters and even losing toe nails.. does anyone want to share their feet healthcare routine?

I think I'm at the point where I need to see a professional about my feet, the issue is that I do a lot of walk/hiking, jogging and running and my feet are getting battered.

This is the last throw of the dice in case I'm missing something that could make my feet human again.

Thanks
If you have issues see a podiatrist is all I'll say a visit will cost about the same as the dentist, get a proper one there are a lot of amateurs about anything on the NHS you'll be waiting months if not years.

As many know, I walk 20-32km per shift at work so my feet are pretty crucial. Good boots, good socks and if I do get a blister (haven't had one for months but currently have a nice on one my heel) plenty of medical tape which, luckily, is free.

I've done 9km walking/jogging today and I do that 4 days a week.. on the 5th day I tend to jog/run on the trendmill for 5km and a 4km walk in the evening. so that's 45km per week in winter. I tend to do a lot more in summer..

In the eight shifts I've done this month I've racked up 188.41km.
