that law is a joke, maybe they should think of changing the ages or not making it so black and white as in this case no crime has really been committed(i certainly hope the courts see it that way).

But a crime has been committed.
Just because the laws in this country say you can bonk at 16 doesn't make it so in other countries (or States).
