On the contrary people/fans/clubs/whatever contrasting their normal opinion of the chap but still sending their best wishes highlights that people can rise above such stuff in a time like this.

Woke up to the news this morning. Wish him a full and speedy recovery. Being an Arsenal fan, I will always cherish the memories of the Fergie V Wenger era. Best period of premier league football ever.
