Ouch the ones with the AF + other connections for aperature are a lot more expensive than I was expecting. Might try out some cheap ones and see what sort of results I can get and then go from there.
Reversing the lenses is something I know very little about, time to do some research!
 
so a Reverse Macro Lens Adapter would be better than Macro tubes?

i myself have the 18-70mm kit lens for the sony A200, and a sigma 70-300mm with 1:2 APO macro lens

would this be ok to use to get shots like you have? or at least similar
 
Decided I AM going to get some Macro tubes now.

I've been having a bit of a look around and noticed that too.

Apparantly you can set the aperture on the manual tubes by putting the camera in Av mode, setting the aperture, then pressing the DOF button.

No idea if it actually works but it'd be worth giving it a try. :)
