Um.. Is the deadlift mainly a back exercise? Or should it be included with the leg exercises. Because ive got squatting in my leg exercises and if I include deadlifts aswell, I will die of exhaustion lol
Also, which deadlift is the best one as theres so many to choose from lol

because every so often, in this same place in my back it really hurts when i put stress on it.. o well, doesnt bother me really
