So my from-new '15 plate Megane Sport Tourer has, unfortunately, developed the following things:
A small dink in the passenger front wheel arch (its tiny)
A scuff, more than paint deep, on the driver rear wheel arch.

Frustrating as hell that people don't take more care. Either way I'd like them fixed, cheaply, but professionally.

The Renault-approved bodyshop quoted me ~£400 for the lot - which is extortionate (its mostly labour costs, why, I don't know - do they sit and watch the paint dry? Does that count?! /sarcasm).

The local ChipsAway (rated the best franchisee in 2014) quoted £230 for the scuff, but won't touch the dink. They recommended another firm to do that, at £80.

Obviously, the car is still under warranty (and bodywork warranty). Does anyone have any experience in ChipsAway, or warranties on this stuff and alike?

Given the relatively small difference in price between the Renault approved and chips away + presumably someone like Dent Devils (for paintless dent removal), I personally would be going down the Renault approved option.

At least that way, any body warranty should still be correctly maintained, and it should be easier (e.g. escalate to Renault UK) to make a fuss if the work isn't completed to a satisfactory standard.

It might seem like a small job, but for that scratch on the arch they'll have to prepare and clear the whole rear quarter panel. I'd go with the Renault quote.

Metallic Blue. A nightmare colour to match. I was quoted £800 to repair a scratched Ford Capri wing in about 2007. They wanted to do about a third of the car to blend it in.

Chipsaway declined the job outright.
