Session volume (excluding warm up):
16,296Kg
When someone says 'hey bro, how much do you lift'?, do you respond with '16,296Kg'?!

Hope your hand gets better soon.

Damn that's a lot of volume!
FF sorry for hijack but with regards to normal gvt which I've been doing lately do you recommend doing higher reps with regards to legs?
I know gvt is supposed to be 10 x 10 but I've always read that legs need higher rep range to grow.
My legs feel like jelly and i really struggle with 10 x 10 which I guess is a good sign.
Yea done 100kg 10 x 10 couldn't breathe.Jumped onto leg press and tried to do 10 x 10 @ 220 but was nearly sick and sweat was pouring. Some brofessor at my gym says I'm wasting my time with 10 x 10 and legs hence why I'm asking.
How long you been doing agvt?

I didn't realise with AGVT that the exercises are done in superset fashion except squats
Fair play

Come again? It has short rest periods? That's it I thought

That's how I did GVT many moons ago
OT: but that pussy pad in the olympic lifting area is criminal!
No supersetting here, the sources I've read don't suggest it (unless of course you wanted to).
