I have heard some bad experiences regarding Fibrus, but also a lot of people saying they are OK. I'm in the OK camp, other than the problem I had where my 3rd party email provider did not like the IP address, and refused to send emails. Haven't had that problem for 6 months so maybe that mighta been solved. I'm on 300/100 for 14.99 a month, for 2 years, with no mid contract increases. I also needed to keep the landline, and they were able to do VOIP on the existing number for £10 a month.
I'm in N.I. and that has been their primary market, so maybe the whole install/support team in the UK area that they are now operating in is just totally crappy.

I wasn't, rude, abusive, personal. Just asked questions they didn't want their puppet admin to allow. Censoring all sorts of posts on there, and turning off commenting. Utterley disgusting company sponging off government grants. Got to have been backhanders flying round somewhere.
