Define noticeable though, you're still not going to career away from the other car. A relatively smooth, steady pull away but you're hardly going to see a massive gap unless both are willing to go to silly (for anything other than big wide empty roads) speeds. Most cars with a bit more power feel much faster if you jump in them from another, but the actual difference over a short burst isn't going to be massive unless you've got a really significant power differential
The Fn2 would keep up pretty well with a z4 coupe that had circa 60bhp more and couldn't be all that different in weight - at least up to 'motorway' speeds where the big 6 made itself known
