FIFA 10 360 League

would love to but

a, banned myself from the leagues after shamefully quitting the last league after 4 or 5 sucessfully and throwing my toys out of my pram

and

b, not really having the time

That said if your really desperate to have a sub after someone drops out, which they will, I can take the points and games on if there's absolutely no-one else, I'm posting this as there's a suprising lack of replies in this thread

Well I hope people stick to this better than they are sticking to the OCUK 360 club. We had huge interest and appearances night after night by 20 or more players. Now the past week or two after the FIFA newness has started to wear off nobody is turning up. The club has 40 members and there aren't even enough people online at a time to start a match...

I hope that this doesn't end up that way because a league could be great fun.

Btw Andy I hope you enjoyed your beating earlier. :p hehe.
 
Look guys. It will take 20 minutes per player, per games. Usually we get around 20 people playing the league so 20x20 = 6 and a bit hours you have to dedicate to the league in order to play most of your matches. This is usually over a 2/3 week period.

Now we don't mind if you can't play games on certain nights, or if you have to work late one night etc as that happens. But if you sign up to the league and go "pick me pick me" play 3 games and never ****ing turn up again than don't bother.

Only play if you can dedicate 20 minutes of your freetime to playing some games in a fun league. As andy said, we don't care for your excuses, if your team is crap or you keep getting beat in the 90th minute. it's for fun and bragging rights only.
 
How many people will it be total? or you trying to get as many as possible?

Also why not do 4 1/2 teams so at least we can pick some nice teams that we know and like? or even 4 star. lol. What do you lot think about that? or all happy with the 3 1/2 star teams? Not motivating playing with those teams. Also I tried to play with a 4 star team yesterday and can't play half as good as my Arsenal team :(

I am still a bit noob at this game, I came directly from FIFA 08, so there is a huge difference.

oh and if we do go for 4 and half star teams then I bunny up for Arsenal ;)

I don't think there are that many 4 1/2 star teams, plus a team is randomly assigned to you. Trust me, this league is good fun and it is good to get a team that you don't know as you will have to try new ways of playing that suit your team's strengths. Plus everybody else will be in the same boat in terms of teams.
 
Just made a list of all the 4.5* and 4* teams. I'll post them up if we go with these instead.

There were only 21 4.5* teams that I could see and 30 that were 4*.

I don't really mind what star rating we go with as long as everyone is at the same level. :)

Are you blind? Or do you just choose to ignore information that has already been given to you? Everybody is allocated a team, IE. You do not get to choose, it is chosen for you. I'd love to play Arsenal too, but if I end up playing as Osasuna or something then big deal, it's just the kit that differs seeing as everybody is going to be using roughly the same skill players.

Good shout. This will be ruined for the majority if a few people sign up and then don't bother playing their matches after the first few.
