@livewwire I watched all the youtube formation vids but found 4-4-2 is the best for learning all the others leave you with too few or two many midfield/attackers and you need to start looking for wingers and CAMs which unless you got a lot of coin cost more.

I was thinking of perhaps 433(2) or 433(5) - guess I resent buying players and then letting them sit there (I could sell them of course but that's too sensible!).

I use 41212 in career mode but it doesn't translate as well for me in FUT - probably because I'm not playing daft AI!

Think I'll have to go hunt myself down some decent LM/LW/RM/RW! Are workrates as important as the stats of the card? I tend to favour workrates more but will be happy to be proven wrong!
 
All the people complaining about LAG - I really don't think it is always lag.

Play someone you know and tell them not to change the tactics - should play fine...

Ask them to change tactics to a custom one - you will notice the gameplay is not as smooth...

Seriously try it :)

Ah yes I didn't take the whole 360/PS3/XB1/PS4 fragmentation into account when thinking tourney :(

Either way if one happens I'm up for it on either XB1 or PS4! :)

OK, appreciate the tip :) Perhaps I'll just go 4-4-2 for a while before committing to anything else and k,eep the 4-3-3's in mind for the future.

good I'm currently in Div 8 but did get 14 points in Div 6 a few weeks ago now I'm trying to skill up so my scores are 3-3 and 4-4 at the moment lol :D

I don't rage quit but do get annoyed with my players

I wish I had tried Torres now, but i've never had much trouble playing against him or seen many people using him.

My ultimate strike force were Jovetic and Etoo up top in a 41212 or 4222, pacey striker with a wicked shot and finishing plus the most well rounded striker i have used in the game in Jovetic, was absolutely lethal.

Bought Torres and Jovetic and I'm finally getting goals Torres scores 4 on his debut still to score with Jovetic but he seems to open up the play great movement and passing around the box and seems to draw the midfield up.

I've decided not to do the lobbed ball but learn to pass my way to goal.

Not using high pressure or ultra attacking either.

Played last night and didn't win but got a couple of draws and a 2-4 loss because of the Pato lobbed ball and my slow as treacle defence.

Also why does Hart never save a ball I think I'll have to buy Cech. :(

No problem if you like Jovetic you need to have Nasri in your team and hit some long range finesse shots with him from the left side of the pitch.
 
Sent a friend request to Doomedspeed and jas, having lunch now then lecture from 2-3, should be free shortly afterwards unless gf wants to do something :(
