Dont worry about pace for a CDM as its not his job to run with the ball. Decent tackle,mop up loose balls and give it straight to the playmaker is his job

My squad. Struggling to get above division 3 on 360.

My fifa skills are weak. Plus my back line seems to drift up field quite a bit leaving me open to through balls.

Looks too attacking to me, every single one of your defenders has a high attacking workrate and none have a high defensive workrate and you don't have a CDM sitting deep to cover.

Yeah I've never really looked into work rates or the player bio's, I think to get a bit further I'm going to have to get a bit more technical.

So far it's just been about getting the highest rated/best fitting player into each position.

Try playing 4-3-3 (2) with Xabi Alonso at CDM and Pepe instead of Pique. They're cheap so no huge loss if they don't work out.

Injured player goes off behind the byline which allows the opposition, who should be about 5 yards offside, stay onside and have a shot in the 90th minute at 4-3 up. Luckily it's the AI and they're **** at shooting

Really liking my 433 false 9 Brazil squad. The squad is made by the midfield. It's so unbelievably balanced I find it a really nice platform to defend and attack with.

Been messing around with UP Griezmann in my other squad too and he's hilariously good. Dread to think how OP his upgraded SIF is.

Made myself a little 2nd F9 team lats night, Neymar up at CF just doesn't work, he gets squishied way too easily, moved up SIF Fabregas from CM ingame to CF and he was sublime, fed Reus & Vela perfectly, might have to look into a few changes!

I find the opposite. Neymar rules for me at CF but I skill a lot so if he picks the ball up in the space a CF gets and then turns I'm always confident in my ability to skill past the first CB which comes towards me. Then you're in the business as space opens up for the midfield or the LW/RW. Or you can just embarrass the next defender and use him to run in and score.

No doubt he'd be a better LW than a CF/ST/CAM though

. I never tried his IF before I offloaded my coins.

I didn't have any luck with Neymar in Flase 9 or as a lone striker. I think you need to utilise his skilling before he becomes useful.

I want to try a BPL false 9 but I'm not sure who I should have as a CF. Can anyone suggest? There's to much choice. I think Jovetic seems like the best choice?

There ain't much point using Neymar unless you're going to skill tbh. There's better options if you're not going to skill.

Was briefly demoted to div 9 (I'm trying skills and not lobbing every ball so I'm losing more than I win atm)

Anyway I come up against a player with Messi and Neymar up front and lose 3-1 but do you feel sometimes that the AI just decides you should lose.

I had my Italian team who usually beat all before them but they seemed to freeze against this guy or do stupid things even the almighty buffon who is my stalwart keeper seemed to fluff easy balls.

The following game I won easily 4-2 but should have scored about 10 but some games you just think.... how the heck are the team not responding to my controller movements.

Ive had enough of this **** for today.
Came up against 3 teams full of Bronze who just quit at kick-off, then another 2 gold teams that did the same

Waste of my bloody contracts :mad:
