Any tips on how to make first touches better? When Ibra receives a lobbed through ball he just sticks his leg out and tries to juggle the ball on it. Always results in the keeper getting there first, so infuriating!

Don't sprint, if you are running your ball control as it comes in is a lot worse unless you are running onto it, rather that running & meeting it in the air, that, or, as said, thwop it first time!
 
That formation is used because im sick and tired of lobbed balls and cross kings aka bpl teams :P

edit:
Normally use 4-4-2(2), but cant seem to get out of dev 4 so i changed to this formation.
