Im more than happy to let anything go, I honestly dont know whats ok and whats not other than as you said obvious spamming which I never do. I dont trick much against you that game as tbh I was learning how you played rather than attempting to trick myself into conceding a goal.

Im surprised how often I fouled you, but Im not used to dealing with trickers so Ill try and be more wary. Thanks again for hanging around to play me, always up for a rematch :)

I know you were taking it easy on me so thanks - 433 is a tough formation to beat as its so good on the counter. I was just playing plain 41212 myself...

Youve made me want Reus more - killed my left hand side. Has Adler got long throw?!?

Haha I wasn't going easy! 41212 is the best counter to 433, I like an intricate passing game around the centre circle and 41212 just gets bodies in the way.

You have Neymar surely you could get Reus if you wanted? :)

Will have to rematch soon, playing you always demands concentration and is a good challenge!

Neymar was an untradeable freebie - only reason that Brazil team exists :p. Got a generic French and Belgium team too - be good to play that Bundes team as Id like something very similar to what you have - I just cant do 433...

TBH they just do the stupid thing and give it to the player who scored the winner, not the best player on the night. Witness the Demba Ba episode.
 
Yeah Di Maria was all over.

But to be fair, the run bale did was enough to secure that card. He practically left stadium, ran round car park and still got to the ball first and finished it.
 
So here's my main team (also have a Serie A fitness team):

It plays fine, I like the formation and play style (I'm in between divisions 2/3 most of the time).

Is it worth saving for maybe Hazard and Aguero or am I better off just spending my coins on gold packs on the off chance I get something decent? Is there anywhere else it can be improved?

Definitely don't buy packs. Terrible value.

Would recommend dropping Ashley Young unless you're particularly attached to him, I think Schurrle is way better.
 
Nice team maybe use Cech, Willian or Schurrle, I would stay away form packs I have opened over 40 and the best players were Gündogan, Piszczek and Koscielny....

I'll give Schurrle a go. Is it worth saving for Hazard and/or Aguero for that team? I'm a passer as opposed to a skiller if that makes any difference (I could learn some skills though). If not I may start saving for a Bundas squad just to mix things up.
 
I don't think Hazard cuts the mustard as an LM in a 41212. Might work better in a 442 though as an LM. Really he's a LW in FIFA terms. Ideally his best position would be a LAM in a 4231(2) but EA made that formation too defensive and the LM is a standard LM not an attacking one.
 
Hazard, the coins for him in a LM position would be wasted - Aguero might see some value I guess. But then the coins for those 2 would make a great Bundes side...

I suppose once I've saved up for Aguero I'll buy him. If I'm not blown away I'll sell him and get a Bundes squad. Thanks for the help.

As far as skilling goes, how do you guys practice? I've gone into the practice arena but the 3rd person view confuses me. Can you change the view in practice arena?
 
Honestly pulling them off in the arena won't help come game time. You have to learn when is the right time to use them. Just use them in games and if you lose the game because of it, so be it. Think of the end game :)
 
I believe you can change the view but I have not tried it myself best thing to do is check out youtube and practice in the arena
 
Just use practise match option in the arena and as Rusty alluded to, its all well and good doing skills without an opponent but it normally goes to pot when you are facing one. Skilling isnt the be all and end all...
