If you can, i have just mastered L2 (protect the ball)for holding back the player when receiving the ball and scuppering there attempts and ruining my run on goal.

How on earth do you keep the ball while dribbling, I mean to say i keep playing these lads who i can run shoulder to shoulder with but i cant move them off the ball, when roles are reversed i get bounced off my run like im not even their. Do i just steer into them, away from them or am i just screwed if my player is less agressive and less physical?

Pretty much. As is standard in Liverpool I just got offered coke for about half market rate by some random street scally. This place is hell! (It's rat poison)

You need the players to be able to R2 / dribble trough defensive a. You've got two options: power or finesse. Benteke is awesome at powering through defences. Jovetic is awesome at dribbling through defences (L2+R2) or just plain skilling. Benteke has got that wow from just powering through. It I prefer the skilled / finesse method myself :)

So it depends what you want to do.

I preferred Vucinic tbh he's the Jovetic of Serie A, not as good but still great for me.

The team I had been using for months had SIF Benatia instead of Barzagli and recently I got IF Vidal for normal Vidal.

If you like that team you should try the other team I had been using for months

I did also recently get IF Fernandinho for normal


using both those teams I did extremely well until I got fed up with the game.

Yeh im slowly getting the dribbling down, just got jovatic to try next to suarez. I have been impressed with his close control, his finishing is pretty epic too. I contemplated his SIF but i cant help thinking it just wont be worth the outlay and although his IF is cheaper it doesn't seem like enough of a step up.
 
As for all the selling Hazard talk on here, just remembered I had hi & barely used him since I bought him at the weekend, threw him up for a BIN of 8% over what I paid and was bought by someone's autobuyer in under 5 seconds :eek: seems to have gone from 170k to about 195 in the space of 5 days! Ah well, farewell young scruffy beardy man!
 
Craziest thing just happened.... threw on 3subs and they all kept the bibs on but two players on deck chairs appeared on the centre circle and stayed there for the rest of the game!
 
Can't beat that oldestgregg but I did just get a message at the end of a match saying there was a problem connecting to the Ultimate Team servers and I will be returned to the main menu.

I logged back into UT, and yup it told me I'd disconnected! Bit annoying when I'd just won 4-2.
 
Hey guys I have not played ultimate yet I don't want to spend a penny of real life money on it,would be at a massive dissadvantage?

Nope, my friend has a Brazil team he hasn't put a penny into and won FUT seasons straight from 10 to 1, winning every cup and won all the gold pack tourney's.

Truly immense at the game though.

Thanks for the offer Kani, but the auction only had 5 mins to go at the time, obviously to make it worse, Mata sold 5 mins after the auction ended!! :eek: :(

Started a new little team out, lord only kows how long it'll take to get better, but started with an all none rare bronze team, each win will add a rarebronze, then once the team is full, none rare silvers etc...

Hopeing to be done by September :p
 
Is september when the new fifa's come out?

I am now hooked so will be pre-ordering it and buying a load of packs on the first day :p
