Probably because it ain't good for quick passing which people mainly do. It's a slower formation. You have to come backwards to get your midfield involved.

Yeah, I have my Bundes team, but there are so many good players in that league this year I'm debating a 2nd team, obviously give Neuer double duty, something like:

Could be a tad neutral, though.

Have two sides. One 433 and keep your other side as is. Swap between the two when the other needs resting. Ta da. :)

Oh and learn some basic skills moves that always helps :D. Fake shot / ronaldo chop are dangerous if timed correctly.
 
I want a 433 Bundes side. I've got about 400k to build one with.

Although I'm still not sure on which variation of 433 to go with...

Can someone please spec me a bundes squad along with 433 formation? :)

Try them? There's no penalty changing formation and you'll get max chem on all players as long as you have a manager bonus even if you have a CDM at CM or vice-versa.

Same as I recommended last time you tried it and rage sold. It's not the team. Mine is similar but I have Baldy instead.

Its my main formation this year, definately my goto formation and works better than most, there are others I want to like, but just don't as much!

I could recommend you try my main 433-4, you'll have a fair bit left over afterwards:
