No the 41212 BPL side. You can check work rates either on Futhead or by pressing R3 in your Active Squad.

The bundes side doesn't have wide midfielders and it also has 3, not 4, midfielders hence 433(4) :p.

Basically you're going to get spanked on the counter as 3 out of 4 of your midfielders will only move back very slowly due to low defensive work rate. It's why Rooney is a pretty good CAM as he is H/H so does a bit of everything and fills in.

You could maybe pull it off without high attacking full backs but even so you're basically one pass from his defense -> attack and his attack against your defence most the time. Even Yaya won't sit unless you're building up play really quickly and not giving him chance to get forward.

You need well rounded CMs in a 433(4). Either two H/H CMs or M/H and H/H. If you get the two CMs right the formation comes into its own as your CAM can freely wreck havok. It's still essentially got the same build up play as any 433 though.
 
Think of it this way in simple terms: 433(3) - defensive; 433(2) - balanced; 433(4) - attacking.

The other variants are 433 standard with 3 CMs... I could never get this to work for me in FIFA 13 and I don't intend to try again now and 433(5).

433(5) is similar to a 433(2) except that your ST becomes a CF. Suits a player either like Neymar who isn't ideally suited to having CBs on his back right away or a player who can muscle and spray a good pass to the wingers to score. Can make it work with other roles as well but I've found that's how I make false 9 work and it's a really nice formation. IMO it suits skillers the most, of which I try :p.

433-2 is without a doubt the best, you need to be good at tika taka though. :p
 
Is it sad that I took my PS4 with me to Liverpool? Nothing else to do in the evenings which doesn't involve eating and drinking! :(

Now I'm a bit better in general with strikers and dribbling I'm going to give Suarez and Aguero up front again in my BPL 41212.

I want a fun fitness team, not just my standard boring Bundes. :(

As I'm in a hotel there's not much point lying in so it's work before 8, again no point leaving early as I'll just be dossing in a hotel room so leave after 6 sometime... eat, drink... Free from about 8:30-9:00 onwards. Not an early sleeper so doesn't seem that sad :D.

I'm ready to get spanked tonight. Not played properly since weekend before last. Some guys will get excited when they beat Ibra /Ronaldo hybrid no doubt.
