FIFA 14

4 times people have rage quit against me now and it's gave me a DNF. They ain't doing anything special either. It's a menu -> quit.

Time to rage at EA live chat.

Yea i beat you every game but some were unfair as you insisted on using a bronze team. You are improving though and you should play more forum members, Chan/Rob/Kanifee are all tough opponents that should improve your game too :)

Yea you haven't beaten me yet but you made me work really hard for my goals and the clean sheet. I think your formation with 5 in the middle make it harder for me to pass the ball around. Although i edged possession (Only just) in the 3 games our accuracy were very similar. Enjoyed the game though and you kept pulling off some nices skills to get out of tight corners :)

It sometimes gets fixed for half a day and then promptly breaks again. It's pathetic.

I really hope something similar comes out to FUT for a different company. EA are just milking FIFA for all its worth and putting minimal effort into the development / upkeep of it.
 
What I just cant believe is that the web/phone app search works more times than the console one. As soon as I put any price restriction it doesnt work. If I produced this standard of work it would keep me up at night...

Honestly I feel like I must have a screw loose as I wasnt aware of this problem, so have to assume to others its on some plane of acceptability...

Not acceptable, we just try not to buy players now :D.

I Grind out getting a team together and then stick to it pretty much, same with rob, happy, Tom....... Scratch that last one :eek::p
 
Tom was actually really good when I played him last night. Walked all over me. I wonder if it was actually him playing though... and not a friend. He did invite me after all which isn't like him but then after the game he said he was going for something to eat.

He played totally different to how I remember. Doesn't help that he had an amazing team.

Lavezzi - Ibra - Lucas
Ramires - Yaya - Fernadinho
Clichy - Kompany - Kaboul - Walker

Messi couldn't do anything. Well played Tom if you are reading.
 
Use your germans, they are strong at the front and sort of counter balances that defense. My criticism of Tom was never that he was a bad player, after all i couldn't say that about any one my self :D, he just didn't take responsibility for his losses.

If his play style has changed then i would have to assume that is why he was playing better rather than the team though in the same breath you don't have to play well up front, just not let in goals.

Ibra does help i suppose, he sort of takes away that uncertainty in front of goal. Ill have to have a match with him sometime, just the one though, seems to be his limit.
 
He was really really bad when I first started playing him, I mean 8-0 bad but he is much better now. Kinda proud of him, I feel like we have all fathered him and now he is all grown up and doing his own thing.

I hardly ever play against Ibra, I know how to score with him but trying to stop him scoring is pretty darn tough. I'd like to think with my playing Ibra, Messi and Neymar all the time, its made some of you guys better at defending because you ain't gonna come up against these players very often. :p

Not sure really, i always try to move my players with a few one two passes but if I see a channel is switch I will try again in another direction. I found it difficult against you because that team I used was slightly slower for passing and you pressed me well. When you are certainly better than you think you are though!

Chan we might need a few games tonight once our other halves have fallen asleep :D
 
^ Thanks, I'm slowly getting the hang of pressing, though once you get near my penalty area I do panic a bit and just spam the tackle button. Probably not the best idea!
 
Yeah if you press though learn to do it properly, there's nothing more frustrating then playing someone who literally sits back and holds the two contain button. Speaking of rash tackles you should speak to dredd about that :D
