I'll be on in the afternoon. It's payday and I've also sold my spanish side. Planning on buying Yaya, Silva and Hazard today. Put too much into my BPL side to give up due to you smashing me every match! haha. I beat other people, you do know that the day I beat you that I might not shut up about it :D
 
Buy benteke and the 6ft8 black dude who went to Everton. With hazard left and the Everton right winger.

Spam cross will = raging happy

Against forum members we rarely rely on this tatic :p Although, i reckon my 2 of my teams should still be able to cope with them. Must have played around 40 games against members on here and put in less than 15 crosses in all.

So you investing into your BPL squad, might make it a very interesting game then although you would have to find a way to mark Neymar/Benzema :D Since playing against forum members i have played a lot more tiki-taka style mainly because i dont want to win with cross spam. Im literally forcing myself to keep the ball along the ground. Every now and then a cross might fly in just to mix it up but you know how much i hate to give away possession :D:p
 
Haha don't tempt me! :D already have Benteke but never use him as he doesn't really fit my style. I think my problem seems to be the fact I like to play the game too fair and the right way! with players that are very good at passing is it better to pressure them into mistakes or just hold formation and keep it tight?

You don't need to cross spam when you can play like that, I'd imagine it's far more satisfying. Yeah, a little investment in the BPL squad. It's already decent but lots of people on here have some really special players that can sometimes make all the difference as well as being better at the game! :)

I try to pressure my opponents to get the ball back if I can without using contain or team mate contain. A lot of the time I just try to anticipate where they will be going before them or wait until they make a mistake. I expect a big challenge from you tonight with your new BPL squad :) you should try a BPL hybrid

Oh no, don't expect a big challenge. You will just end up disappointed! Yeah, never tried a hybrid before. I may get myself futhead and check some out. Do you rate Rooney in this game? I see he is 87 but never come across people that use him.
 
He's ok but slow and only 3 star skills which is a shame. His work rates isn't the best for a striker either. You going to buy FIFA points or coins later? I recall you mentioned it was pay day lol

Yeah, not like you could just sub him on, as is the obvious option when you have a high end player from a low end nationality with a bad set of league links like we told you before...saying it more aint gonna change things son! :p

On the other hand, the more I think about it, the more I fancy trying Yaya/IF Yaya at False 9...he could fail hard or raise hell there!

Well bought a few packs earlier and I wish I hadn't. Hmmm I may buy coins but almost feels like cheating. It's not great that with the amount of awful packs EA force people to consider ebay for funds to buy the best players! I might just buy 100000 for Toure then save up the rest by just getting beaten on OCUK :p

Been messing around with my team and might pap Cazorla and put in Mata.

Their is no evidence that 'subbing him on' won't affect his chem though, people just assume it stays the same as the player in that position.

Well there more value in buying coins rather than points. I had to resort to buying coins as my season discount not applying on PS4! Think it was around £7.50 for 100,000 coins which isn't too bad. If you decided to open packs you get to open more compared to points.
 
You could try building my Hybrid team but have Ibra instead of Benzema. Red can tell you how good my team is in a 4-2-2-2:

Neymar - Ibra
Modric - Menez
Xavi - Cabaye
Alba - Ramos - Thiago - Mariano

Yes, it's annoyingly good :) Sometimes space behind you that I don't exploit when I get the chance but very tough to get time on the ball and pick a pass plus you always have options going forward.
 
Actually won a few games last night, made a 433 french team due to pulling out a untradable Ribery hes decent but i wouldnt have paid the coin hes worth, Benzema doesnt seem too great either didnt like him when i used a Bundes team though med/med work rate kills him.
 
But ultimately don't expect wonders, a lot of this game is down to your style of play so whilst its good for me. It may not be what you are after. In Fifa 13 4-2-3-1 was my favourite formation but i just cannot seem to use it this year :(

Benzema is superb, its the H/H work rates that kill strikers like Cavani, Costa etc.
