Just won a tourney meeting a Aubama, reus, Blazakawalskijhfkh and lewendowski. Was an exhausting match to say the least having to defend all the lobbed balls. Finished 4-1 though so a convincing victory with me playing some pretty nice football for a change.

Brazil side is 33 goals in 17 match's with pato having 13 in 14 and 7 assists. He really is very good, great turning, strong on the ball, intelligent runs off the ball, his shot is wicked strong and his head from a corner kick is lethal!

I honestly found pato terrible and for me dagoberto was a beast, only costs 300 coins too

the only thing in pato's favour is sprint speed and strength

Thanks for the offer :). I've already used most of the more expensive Brazil players (bar Neymar) so I know what they offer for the most part. Will give your team a look anyway.

Pato's workrates are perfect. The problem I have with Cavani and Costa is that they're sometimes not where I want them to be so I have to slow down the attack so they can get forward/ High/low is perfect for a striker.

Just saying people should try Dagoberto his stats are better and he's yet another hidden gem I found in the game many many months ago. Unlikely many will even know about therefore not tried him.

He's not as fast as Pato so if all your doing is sprinting in a straight line then stick with Pato

High High workrates & terribly low heading as well, not always ideal to many.

Emerson is amazing for me tbh, but again, I can see, looking at him how anyone would avooid him, but him & Damiao are amazing for me as a pairing.

heading is retarded in the game, trust me this guy can score headers, i totally disregard heading stats now, they don't mean anything in fifa 14.

i used him in a 2 up top formation with Costa (when he was Brazilian) and they paired up nicely, I don't think he suits 1 up top due to work rates.

i have not figured out what makes a good target man when it comes to crosses in this game for me Aubameyang is the best I have used, he actually won every header in the game I used him in. I also tried SIF adebayor who didn't win a single header, please explain this EA?
 
Fair enough then, but try Leandro Damiao, strange combination with his low pace and agility but 4* skills, can create some really strange goals, but he has solid heading & good strength on top, he's like a 4* skills, slothly Ibra!

tried him and i have tried fred, i always make brazilian teams every year.

I also use brazil in seasons mode.

Damiao has been nerfed, he was extremely good last year iirc or the year before, he's not as good in comparison.

Costa and Dagoberto were the top 2 for me, after that I would say Lima and Pato. Robhino and Fred after that most likely.

When I play seasons mode I play

---------- Hulk ---------

Neymar - Oscar - Willian

--- Luiz ----- Fernandinho

Marcelo - Dante - Silva - Alves

----------- Cesar -----------


Only weak spot is the GK, use Gustavo, Hernanes and Lucas in the 60th minute to replace Willian, Oscar and Luiz

I'm thinking of switching to this though

Willian - Neymar - Hulk

up top as the ST in a 4231 is usually a playmaker they way I play 1-2's

Take it you mean H2H seasons and not UT seasons? and doesn't Hulk have 2 star weak foot, so not the best at striker.
keep meaning to get Neymar but his strength puts me off!

yeah normal seasons, I know hulk is left footed so I never shoot with his right and try and force him onto his left side whenever shooting

Brazil are really lacking a striker, that's why i use Hulk up top, never tried Neymar there for some reason, I suppose I could always try him.

Neymar can be deceptively strong at times.
I play 4-4-1-1 currently and have him as CF with pato as a lone striker, Pato being H/L makes him perfect up top on his own and he always seems to be in place for the shot or to feed Neymar into space in and around the box.

Fernandinho is a surprise though, in my bpl squad he shines, scores goals and creates plays, In my brazil side he seems lost and rarely in the mix.

Re fernandinho is that when he is in the same formation and position? How have you got at rm in your 4411 brazil team?
 
been playing around with brazil side a bit and now using this

Thats Dani Alves CDM, Luiz RB and Gustavo the CDM at LB

Seems to be playing a lot better, not happy with Neymar tbh he doesn't shine there may switch him to LAM and then stick Ramires/Lucas up front and use his pace to just run past everyone
 
Neymer, i think about selling him so many times in my brazil squad.

when i do pull some skill moves only 5 star players can do and then scores a great goal, its all forgotten.

in other games, he can't do a thing. someone just push him, he falls over and takes ages to get back up again.

i have neymar but currently out on loan at the moment, you can try him once the other guy finished with him. maybe easier said than done as seems to really like him :)

Same formation, same position. Tried him at RCM and LCM, in my brazil squad he is next to Hernanes with either Hulk or Lucas at RM and Yaya with Nani at RM in my bpl.

In my Bpl side he always seems ready to score with the outside of his right foot playing in LCM, Brazil side seems to overshadow him somehow.

Anyone got any BPL Team of the Season predictions? Getting close to the end now so it won't be too long until they're released. This is my prediction.

The only thing that I'm really not sure about is the defence. I think Kompany will get one because of his reputation despite making quite a few mistakes this year. Koscielny was great during the first half but I'm not sure about the second and despite having a great season I don't know if Shaw will be picked in the first XI. I'm not sure about any other top performers outside of the top 7 or so but from them I think only Howard, De Gea and Cech could be considered so I picked Howard as I think Everton grabbing 4th could work in his favour. Hart, Lloris and Mignolet have make some high profile mistakes this year and Szczesny hasn't been a stand out for me.

It would be a farce if at least two of the front men weren't SAS and I'm thinking Rooney might be picked over Lallana despite being worse IMO.

Also think Azpilicueta, Ivanovic and Cahill/Terry could be considered too.

I think Rooney and De Gea will get the nod ahead of Nasri and Howard

Tbh Marshall should be GK in TOTY but not a chance!
