Fifa 15 - Demo out today - New ignite graphics engine!

Has anyone else noticed how many times playing a simple pass to a player, the ball goes past the player with the player not responding.

Played 5 or six games on Legendary, bored with it already.

Ignite engine is just an overhyped farce, like the fox engine from Konami.

Personally at the stage where EA and Konami are killing footy video games and can't see it changing for the better this gen.

Give Konami a hance this year, from what I have read its meant to be much bigger improvement over last years pes

Not sure if you can bug report on a demo anymore, we are unsure what build it comes from. Better to judge from the final release although I do get what you are saying the demo should be from a final release product. But it may not be, such is life nowadays.

I sincerely hope that nobody gives Konami a chance this year!

PC and New Gen versions are the same apart from the following items:

• Elapsed time – Show brightness/shadow change from real time lighting according to the match time of day
• Crowd improvement – Crowd variety to be increased by 10 times
• Player lighting to be improved through differed rendering
• Improved shirt quality – Weave variety added
• Enhance depth of field

To be fair, the Konami marketing team and Seabass say they same thing EVERY year.

Then, 6 months after release they say "Yeah, that did not work out as planned, next year were doing it right".

Fox engine is nothing like Ignite, Fox engine is superb, its separate tp Konami as it's Kojima's engine from MGS. The only problem with PES14 is they released essentially a beta game, rushed it all out and the whole game was underdeveloped. But one thing it got over FIFA is the gameplay was still better. Hopefully 15 will be what 14 should have been, its been developed by a new European studio so I am hoping it will be good and not lies over again.

Who do people get excited over mud on shirts and other nonsense?

What you should be looking at is the gameplay and depth of the game! All of this is just nonsense, I couldn't careless about those, what they need to improve is the depth of the game and get rid of the bugs and some of the Fifa-esque scripting that creeped into 14. If they don't improve on those fronts, the higher shirt quality means nothing.

Stick to kick off or sensible soccer! :-)
Pes 2014 game play was rubbish last year!! I have been into pes as early as the iss games for the n 64 so I'm not a fifa lover. Pes went downhill after 2008 IMO . so then I tried fifa 13 which was better then pes 2013.then the following year I bought pes 2014. And that was awful. So now I have tried the new fifa 15 demo AND IN MY IMO I THINK IT'S GREAT.

I'll try the FIFA demo, but what I really want is the Master League from PES.

I think both series have been watered down by the yearly releases. For me the pinnacle of football games were PES 5 & 6. I sorely wish I'd not traded my copies in years ago now. Tempted to pick a up a copy of an old PES if there are up to date option files lying around.

Have they not made multi-player cross platform compatible yet? Would love for a PC player to be able to play someone on the other side of the world on a PS4

Does anyone play this on manual setting (passing, crossing, shooting etc.) It takes a bit of getting used to, but once you do you will never go back to the ping pong passing of assisted.

When I see people complaining about the gameply in Fifa most of their complaints are resolved by not sticking to the default assisted settings.

I found it hard scoring in Fifa 14, now it is even harder LOL i know you can tweak the goalkeeper, but just wondering how the hell you score past the keepers that are on steroids!
