FIFA 18

Elite 2 SB rewards were absolute trash, best were 82 rated players in both of them. What's the point in playing a garbage game mode to get screwed like that?
 
I'm really enjoying a 4-4-1-1 formation at the moment. Only about 10 games into ultimate team but with Charlie Austin up front, Walcott as my RM and Mirallas as my LM it seems to be working.

It will work in divison 10 (not patronising) but be warned when you get around 70 games into FUT :D

if you plan on not spending move towards the likes of Son, Jesus, Sterling/Salah up top.

You'll find as you go on opponents will get 10x better and use teams which are 10x better giving you little/no chance unless your extremely skilled.
 
I can confirm the above is true :D

I have Son/Mane, Vardy/Jesus, Salah/Sterling as my front three and I'm facing way better teams than I can afford or able to beat now. Having said that, a lot of Bronze teams could beat me :(

Ahhh I understand. I thought you were saying the 4-4-1-1 formation was bad. I'm just saving money so that I can keep upgrading my players, these guys are just my starting cheap team.

Yeah I can imagine he's great, still, not a fan of SBCs early doors.

I re-bought hamsik, Sold him at CM. Bought TOTW Pjanic etc. All outshone by Manuel Fernandes. 2 goals on his debut including a volley from outside the box and a one on one.

If this guy gets an IF card this year I'm going to be buzzing.

It's the new Farfan lineup. Who unfortunately got injured doing a bycicle kick 25 mins in that M. Fernandes scored from when the keeper cleared the ball.

I can bring in Umtiti at CB and Semedo at RB if needed.

Bought and sold TOTE Immobile, Florenzi etc. These players just seem better.

My transfer list.. need buyers so I can buy CAM Rui Costa

Crespo is just so good, and he scores loads of goals from near post headers at corners, I don’t think I could manage without him! Best striker I’ve used by some margin.

Prime Rui Costa is still working well too, pretty much flawless at CAM.

Within the last 2 minutes I saw him go for 46k and also 55k.

I figure with him having a hunters card applied he's going to be worth the top end if that.

Aubamayang just sold for 289k so I lost 4k on him overall in tax but not the end of the world. Was fun.
