FIFA 18

Really need to get Jordan Lukaku at left back every time I play against him he's like a wall. There's a real shortage of lb in BPL.

Can get De Bruyne in front of him for one link but at CB I need to sacrifice Rudiger for either Vertonghen or Alderweireld.

Any one used either and which is best?

Come on:P I had to sell off Alex sandro, Pjanic, scream Perisic and higuin to be able to afford him:eek::D:D

2 goals and 2 assists on his debut!!

Think is milinko-savic is like 9 foot and at CDM he bosses it whereas matuidi and naingaollan are quite short. I needed a header winger for midfield.

I have depay and also IF farfan on the bench just in case!!
 
I'm using Alba via Herrera and Azpilicueta and he's so, so much better than any PL LBs. All about pace in the full back positions and him and Walker on the other side are superb.

Sold Hazard and bought Sanchez to mix it up a bit.

edit: yeah I found Mendy the best of the prem, he's as quick as everyone else but also 9'3 so he's a bit better defensively.

the 'win at all costs' mentality, unfortunately; when the progress of your team / coins / record are at the cost of others, unfortunately people play to win at the very extremes. Not that I've never wasted time in a WL game when a completely undeserved goal up...
 
I just can’t score consistently on this, my finishing is appalling. It’s really counterintuitive IMO, finesse shots and low driven shots are the shot of choice from really bizarre positions.
 
My plans keep going out of the window because I am playing like dog **** at the moment. Not sure what to do. I want 2 up front but can't find a formation that I'm consistent with.
 
I've tried loads as well and come to conclusion 41212(2) is my go to and then if its failing or I come against a wide formation then switch to 4231. Seems to work OK, although some may argue any formation should work the team I gave etc etc :rolleyes:

Have to say if you have the time to spend, you can pick up some really good players for well below market value, keep then flog on if crap.
 
I switch between 3-5-2 and 4-2-3-1 online currently. A lot of players seem to really struggle against 3-5-2, I hold the ball up a lot in midfield and Costa/Callejon are always there to back up the defence when needed.
