Ronaldo R9 94/96 cards now have 5* skill moves after a lot of community pressure. Also FUTBIN now has prices, and I can see how much Mbappe is going to cost me to add to my Ligue 1 side :rolleyes:

Good to see to be fair, at least they have listened! Can't take any credit for this (thanks @Quinnaay ) but Paulhino is so good on this game and he's only 9K bargain.

decided to use a team worth like 2000 coins for my first game online and came up against both ronaldos. lost 4-1 with C Ronaldo bagging a hat trick and Real Ronaldo getting 1.

decided to buy a few packs after that otherwise i just wasn't going to have any fun. now got a couple of respectable cheap teams and won 4 games in a row comfortably. it's basically all about through balls. no skill involved at all see your player making a run and play a through ball. if the other guy presses you then the only option you have is ping pong passing. if he doesn't then you can work with the ball or play much better placed passes. crossing is crap so no point having anyone out wide. 41212 with CM's instead of LM and RM works very well in this game.

came up against someone using lacazette in a EPL team. he was very good had the ability to score from anywhere so had to mark him tightly. no other striker has given me as much trouble apart from the stupidly priced ones. however i have no idea how much he costs probably a fortune.

my 4 strikers are - Vitinho and Charles in my Brazil team and Palacio and did have Silva (77 rated) but now got some 82 rated striker instead for my serie A team in a pack.

I have Fabinho (CM), Paulinho (CM) and Fernandinho (CAM) in midfield alongside some 77 rated fernando (CDM) which i will replace with casemiro given i win 50K worth of coins somehow, I could get Gustavo as a interim upgrade but I'll have a look around to see if anyone better for the money.

Then my whole backline needs major upgrade. Using an 82, 80, 77 and 79 rated at the back. They are doing quite well tbh but much better out there.

My Serie A team cost about 10K in total so all the players are pretty crap you won't have heard of any of them apart from Palacio. Hetemaj, Brozovic. Most of the team is non shinies costing me like 500 a piece. Ohhh just remembered I packed Lichsteiner so he replaced Widmer at rightback.

I'm enjoying this fifa. Only had a handful of games so can't comment on hidden stuff going on in the background.
 
Yeah he's superb, always notice him when playing against him, haven't got the players or coins to go for a team with him in yet though.

I normally don't spend anything but I've just did a bit to get me started. I know at least 2 guys on here have spent at least a grand on packs already by the looks of their teams. I saw someone open £80 worth of packs and got absolutely nothing worth mentioning so I'm using the basis that it takes about £80 to get like 100K worth of coins. 100k back in the day used to sell for like £10 on ebay. This game attracts some real mugs for sure.
 
When you have to play 10 games with a ragtag bunch of Columbians to get loyalty for an SBC.

Hopefully the rare mega pack will be worth it. Bit of money to be made when people are in 3k+ coin bidding wars for a non rare gold for an SBC and someone cluelessly sticks one up at 300 coins buy now.

Thinking about getting Fifa on my nintendo switch this year. Only thing is i need to know if it has pro clubs on it. I've googled it but i can't find anything.

Anyone know at all if Fifa on the switch will include pro clubs? If so it'll be a instant buy for me.
 
I've preordered from Amazon to arrive tomorrow, but is there any way to get it tonight (before midnight) without buying the Icon/Ronaldo editions? Having an obscene day at work and just want to veg out with Fifa tonight!

Edit: And any suggestions on how to make a bit of money in UT without spending much/any real money? You guys always seem to have way more coins than me!

plenty of guides about but unlock you coin boosts and keep playing until you can afford better players then play squad battles/weekend league when you've got a cheap op team running for rewards.

I often find (didn't play Fifa 17, but played a lot of UT between 13 and 16) that without spending real money I end up doing little more than breaking even following games (ie if I make ~600 per game, I also need on average 1 contract card per game costing ~400, so my profit per game is only ~200). Coin boosts help, but they're not sustainable.

When you're using your cheap, early-days squads is it better just to sell out of contract players, and rebuy them with full contracts?
 
Did the Hybrid Nations SBC earlier and pulled Diego Costa, don't think I can fit him in my side or create a team around him at the mo. List him or keep him in hope his price will rise?
