Doesn't matter especially if you play wingers. He has strength and heading in abundance. You can buy him for 1.5k. He did the bizzo for me without a chem card. Throw hunter on him and he will be scoring many goals


Also can anyone confirm - Pjanic or Hamsik?

I think it helps when saying how you've found players to mention where you've been doing well with them, I can score goals with anyone in lower divisions and semi-competitive play but in higher divisions, weekend league and later draft rounds is where it means something.

Current squad I'm using quite effectively in squad challenges/online:

Eder
Costa - Felipe Anderson
Valero - Allan
Dalbert - Jesus - Koulibaly - Caceres - Cancelo
Donnarumma


5-2-2-1 playing on counter attack. Thinking of replacing Caceres with Manolas when I get a few coins together.

That's my current squad and the only player who's letting me down slightly is Dembele, I often find he gets in a position where shooting is the only or clear choice but he's dire at it, whereas Herrera and Toure can finish easily from outside the area still, I've even got instructions on him to stay back but he just seems to do what he wants. Thinking of going for another good all round midfielder with better shooting. Pogba is phenomenal when I've used him in draft but I'm a long way off affording him, don't know whether to just go back to Wijnaldum for now as I used him early on in the game and he was great.

What about 50k on Hero Sigurdsson? His long shooting is excellent and he's adequate defensively if not great.

I'm currently trying to get TOTW Eriksen for a decent price to swap for Sig and test him out, Alli too.
 
I had Alli at CAM in my last BPL team and he was awesome, just not sure he'll be quite as effective at CM. I'll give Sigurdsson a go as I've had success with him in previous FIFA's.
 
Just got TOTW Eriksen for 265k, happy with that, shouldn't lose anything long term. Alli for 50k seems decent too. Will see how they play later on...

Usually just focus on the stats that matter for the position but as an example Musa, it's pretty pointless putting hunter on him as you can use hawk and still max his sprint speed and accelleration whilst giving him some strength and shooting.

I might take hunter off Ibra as it doesn't seem to make him feel any quicker, think sniper may be better on him.
 
Getting a bit annoyed with Rose as LB, doesn't seem to be very good at anything.

I could get Alba if I buy Pique and use Martial to get a strong link with Herrera. I have the coin, just not sure it's worth it.

Whilst Rose may not be the best LB in the game I think using Pique at CB will harm your defence even further, bad workrates, sluggish which on top of the slow reacting defenders already this year will just compound the problem and I've always found he's not that strong in game.

Hunter cards are worth about 3 times as much as Gomez is in the first place. I've tried him for a couple of matches and he's far too slow for me.

I honestly don't bother, I've never felt any difference with them. That said using the Basic chem style all of their stats will be boosted instead of a select few.
