You could flog Martial to put towards, I haven't used him but can't imagine he's better than Mane. Know it's a lot but that's only due it being so early in the cycle. 250k for a 91 player (maestro) isn't expensive.

How much you working with? Aurier is an excellent RB. Bailly should be your main target for a CB. Koscielny is okay as a second but I thought he was a bit weak for the price.

I know what you mean, in the games I've played, it's been difficult against strong teams and the likes of Lukaku. I lost quite a few online but have sorted myself out and won nearly all of the recent games.

I have about 100k, and would probably get around 40k for Silva. I think I'll get rid of Silva and get Bailly in, not sure who else to have in CM though. Herrera is probably a good shout as above, De Bruyne would be ideal but the prices are mental.

Played 50 games now with the patch and it is back to Fifa 17 style, run around with the midfield and leave your back 4 alone. Sad times

Hasn't really affected my win ratio but just seems a lot duller and less entertaining.

Thing that gets me is EA release extensive patch notes for once and then don't even mention tweaking AI defending :rolleyes:

Bailly is excellent, especially now they’ve changed his work rates to M/H. I didn’t like any of the EPL LB’s other than Rose, one of the reasons for my Bundesliga/EPL hybrid.

I just went this formation as everyone seems to be using it.

Really didn't 'get it' with Jesus, he was just a standard quick-ish, weak striker for me? I do suck at this game though so likely to be me

Got 460k to play with, what we thinking? Ideally 41212, I quite fancy Mbappe...

I've had no great luck with packs, only 3 really decent players, Belotti, Insigne and Filipe Luis.

Manolas is incredible at CB, absolute must buy. Dalberto, Karsdorp, Joao Mario, Parolo, Icardi, Perisic are all cheap but very good.

Missed a couple games but got Elite 3 in SB. Got nothing in my packs but I've been selling everything on the webapp today and snapped up Hamsik. Got about 50k coins that I think I'll sit on until I can get Nainggolan.

Seems to be everywhere when I come up against him, even late on he doesn’t seem to drop off like other players do, not checked his stamina stat.

Apologies if this has been asked already but is there some sort of delay for single player squad battle points being awarded?

I finished gold 2 last week but no points or card packs received yet. Is that normal?

You need to go on the console and click the squad battles tile to claim them.

Just played first game since Friday, wow the new patch just has people running straight into you and auto tackle kicking in, awful! Getting rid of legacy defending in fut was one of the best changes they ever made, combine that with it seeking even more 1-2 spammy than it did last week!
