FIFA 18

Well the rumours of Giroud's GoTY card being broken were true, what an absolute troll of a card, I've scored a hattrick every game with him so far in WL.

I'm currently making a PL side so might give him a go. I'm struggling to exploit pace as well as some people, so he might suit me (with Luis Hernandez providing the pace).

Obviously he's not to be used as a pacey striker or a skiller, his left foot is just broken though, wins all headers and just bullies everyone and wins penalty after penalty if you hold up in the box.

Means little to you though with your million coin icons :p
 
Bought Scream Perisic for 128k. On debut in WL he scores with his 5* WF inside 2 minutes, sets another up then scores a finesse from outside the box. God I can't wait for the stat boost
 
Think I'm going to get Jesus and Willian back for the WL. See how I get on in the first 10 games or so but the plan is to get 18 on Sunday at some point. Should be good to have some longer sessions, play against some decent players and hopefully pick up some tips. I've been completely disinterested in Fifa so far this year on the whole.
 
Luis Hernandez 87 is good but I'm not sure he's 800k good. He just feels like a marginally better version of a fast striker to me. :(

I might try 3 up front with Giroud 86 in the middle, he's slow but a good target man and epic finisher.
 
Joy, weekend league starts again. First game's an 8-7 loss in normal time then a team of icons along with Messi and Ronaldo and a last minute defeat.

Edit: WTF have they done to the game this week? 7-8, 1-2, 6-9. This is just embarassing :o

You disappoint Robbo...I get bored quickly and 29 games in I still love using him, I know the goals he has scored wouldn't be scored by standard golds. I'll eventually sell up as I can't use the same team for over a week!
 
I just lost to the worst player I've played in a long time, Ederson making about 10 ridiculous saves whilst little Gomez up top inexplicably scoring headers and rebounds aplenty. Argh, I always used to cruise these games in WL, should have been such an easy win. Bleurgh.

He's certainly very good, I scored a few amazing goals with him. Currently making a new team for WL today so will see how that goes...
