I did both for around 160k during the week and that included doubling up on every postion for most teams. I've already made around 300k from selling my duplicates, unused Calcio A and MLS players and 10 teams left to rinse from the MLS. I've then got 35 or so packs which I'll save until TOTY to pack some meaty non rares so doing it early has paid off big for me.
Edit: Hamsik's going in to an Icon SBC for me, his card looks woeful.
Started WL at 3-0, then lost 3 on the bounce to sweaty rats before winning one more to take it 4-3 and leave it for the night. Hernandez is bloody brilliant.
Hamsik has actually been OK so far, passes it around nicely and a 5* WF is always handy. I guess when you look his stats they're essentially that of Pogba minus the physical part

Just faced a team with Pirlo in Slider Battles and he scored a 90th minute wonder goal. From my corner he picked up the ball on the 18 yard box, sprinted the entire length of the pitch and chipped my keeper. Bailly and Luiz were left for dead

My god won 4-1 against an 80 rated 60 chem team on worl class on SB next match 81 rated 40 chem team, 20 mins in I’m 3-0 down after they had had 3 shots...... lost 5-1 3 of the goals were from 25 yard screamers
Beat someone 11-1 earlier in FUT Champs. He had a really nice team as well, but my first 3 shots were all goals so I was 3-0 up within 8 mins. This game is rigged.
Of course he decided to quit in the 90th minute.
If I get a good 2 goal lead, they always manage to pull it back and then I nearly lose, the game helps them I swear.

He scored to make it 3-1 and I was waiting for the eventual comeback but I scored immediately from kickoff because this game sucks.
I’ve only used the loan version and I loved him. I have the 89 rated squad and the central Icon to submit and he’s mine, but I’m waiting until after TOTY.
Ah, I thought you'd done him. Yes he's very good, would cost me too much I think though at the minute.
Defending with pretty much only R1 and L2 (as per the Boras video) and it seems to be working well so far. I can hold people off and let CR7 do the damage at the other end.
Hard as it is, try and ignore the fact they have a stacked team and play normally. Some people end up beaten at the loading screen. I've had massive problems against good players with cheap teams so you can still make it work. My team isn't stacked but it's not cheap either.
I've played 30 games and I'm 18-12. Absolutely delighted as I've never got to Gold 3 with 10 games to spare. Nothing about my game has changed too much other than using SBC Hamsik/Prime Hernandez, both really solid additions. Been a couple of games I've deserved to lose then one or two where I've somehow managed to scrape the win out of nowhere.
