Yeah, switching to the defender closest to the corner taker.

Larsson has scored every single one against me so far, never usually concede more than 2 or 3 all weekend.

Edit: Third game in a row and every corner is a near post corner.

Edit: 4th game, 9th near post goal.

Made a bit of a big boy purchase in defence, if I'm conceding loads now I've nobody to blame but myself...

Just played my first WL game... .

Everything for my team was incredibly slow, defenders just not running, tackling they just bounced off attackers, Bakayako and Matic losing headers to Kante, 3 of their goals game from shots outside the box that hit the post and went in. Son & Mkhitaryan looked like they were in treacle.

Nah, this is nothing like it's been for the last few weeks. Everything on the pitch is horrifically slow, I'm struggling to find opponents and when I do nothing happens.

Edit: Nah, this is the worst it's ever been. What a surprise it's during a promo again. Extend the WL or **** off EA.

So much money yet nothing gets put back in to the game, the infrastructure or the players.

Currently 4-6, need 4 more wins for Gold 3 monthly and then I'm done for good. The game gets worse by the week and EA do absolutely nothing other than throw out rock bottom weight packs. Scum.
 
Has WL been like this from the start?

I've just played a game where futmas Pirlo has dominated my totgs Firmino. Like he had 90 speed not 40. It was ridiculous. :D:D:D
 
Yep, it's absolute garbage.

You can spend thousands on points to pack good players only for EA to decide which players are gimped and which play well in game.

Edit: Great example in my last game...


I pass it back to the defender and try and clear it, the defender does nothing then dances around the ball and automatically passes it back to De Gea who also does nothing and they equalise in the 118th minute. I tried to clear the ball multiple times and it did nothing.

Everyone knows the game is in a tragic state, it’s just how much you can convince yourself it’s worth playing and telling yourself it’s all in your head when your 92 rated prime Schmeichal dives early and pushes it into his own net.
 
I know everyone says this but this is my last Fifa till things change, the problem at the start with not being able to play online with my son wasted three good weeks of game time, I enjoy squad battles as I don’t have the time for WL but the limit of four games a day and the midnight and 8am game refresh at weekends is a killer.

Plus when they boost players like crazy makes the fact you have a decent team pointless when a bronze right backs turn in Pele, silly having a rating system if they simply bypass it.

I’ve brought the base game, and 3 rounds of 12k, that money would have brought a fair few games. I’m a long term Fifa player back from the very first one so I’ve given it a good play.
 
Nope, all Premier League players got upgraded yesterday.

NIF players before the upgrade stay the same but the upgraded versions can be packed and bought from the market.

Special cards (IF, SIF, TIF, MOTM, OTW) increase if the new NIF value surpasses the old NIF value.

IF Fernandinho was 84 before the upgrades yesterday but as his NIF increased from 83 to 85 his IF card increased to 86.
 
Ugh! You'd think with the state of the game people might get somescomplimentary upgrades, but then again It is EA.

Hopefully my IF Alonso so should be upgraded then!

At least Bonaventure is now 4* skills!
 
It’s a shame, I’d usually be enjoying this time of the year in FIFA on the run up to TOTS with the MOTM cards and what not now being released near enough weekly, I mean looking at that new Werner card he’s got baby Crespo stats for like 200k, probably even less in a few days.
 
Seems EA have totally screwed up the upgrades.

Some players that saw a +2 increase to their NIF cards got their IFs increased and others didn't.

Not only that, but Firmino who should've received a +1 to his IF cards has had some of his stats downgraded on PC :o

Edit: Servers are even worse than yesterday. One day extension won't be enough to crawl through these games. Sooner Fifa pull the license and loot boxes are banned the sooner this company can be run in to the ground.

Edit: First game with Loan Blanc and he got outpaced by Futmas Carroll and then auto lunged and got a red card.
