FIFA 21

Icon SBC's have sort of sapped my will to play this game. I figured it was worth it as making coins takes a long time unless you're lucky or sit on the game for ages. Kluivert, Wright, Schmeichel. I've tried them too and they are mega bad. :(

Every player I play against has some dud begrudgingly in their team, Lampard, Pirlo, Seedorf, Shevchenko, etc, its actually pretty funny but only because I never did them :p

Wright is half useable, he's fast, fairly agile and a decent finisher, CR7 has to carry him though :p
 
So I've started playing this online. I was placed into division 6 (yeah I'm bad) but so far played 3 and lost one.

I just feel that teams can break so much faster than me but when I break they have players that stay back? How do they keep their defensive line deep?

Probably playing drop back/low depth & players set to stay back whilst attacking.
 
18-8! I kept playing considering how well I was doing, the 1 loss in 11 was harsh too. Maybe not time to hang up the controller just yet..

May as well attempt G1 for once, never usually have the time.

Edit: bottled it, didn't even play against anyone that that good but my head was gone after a terrible loss
 
Ran out of time but got to 17 with an untradeable team. Elite still seems a big step away, I lose too many games to silly mistakes. I also end up mirroring my opponent a lot/only really concentrate against good players which costs me games. The mirroring thing I've noticed more and more. If my opponent is doing ball rolls etc. I need to play the most effective all the time not just against skilled opponents.

I've got 2.5 mil in the bank and just going to play with current lot till something takes my fancy.

I think if they get rid of this high pressure bs I'll win more. I'm sure I had a week going 20-2 before that was found out. I'm not good enough to defend it and I have way too many games where I lead and end up losing.

I watched a video (as recommended above :D) and it said to ask your players to hug the touch line to expose the high press.

Not tried it myself yet although I'm no where in the same as those on here. I'm 3-1 in division 7 though! Div 6 here i come!
 
Get a large towel for the weekend league, you will eventually start hating the game if you force yourself to play a certain way to get wins.
