Agreed, I fear the patches will soon change or break that. Here’s hoping as this years game is really enjoyable so far.....

Might have to go defensive, also probably just going to buy CR7 and build around him as I usually tend to do. Having a 'balanced' team doesn't really help me.

Bought Kante, Lloris, Mendy, Gomez and Son which allowed me to get the untradeable Varane I packed into my defence. :D

Jesus not great as CM, need to get someone else there.

I like him at this stage. Pros: Strong, fairly quick, good finisher, great heading(92)/jumping(95), scored a few headers from corners, chance in the box on his main foot more than likely going to bury it. Cons: Average dribbling, 3* skills, 3* weak foot.

I think the SBC price is worth it. I am not a great dribbler so using Hunter, otherwise probably some other chem if you can dribble(Finisher probably).

Potm son back in 17 was probably the best value. He stayed in my team the rest of the season :D

Got 17 wins with 2 games remaining which I'll most likely give away.

Had already met that quota half way through the WL :o
It's probably been said already but this 30 match limit can't be good for the game. It pretty much forces people to play as much Rivals every Thursday until the WL starts.
I somehow ended up in Div2 after the WL even though I started in Div3 - possibly skill points from WL?

I don't feel like forcing myself to keep playing Rivals for no gain with the potential of relegating myself for next week. Been enjoying co-op squad battles with a friend to keep me going until WL again - doubt I'll get to play Rivals as much if it stays like this.
 
11-10 now. 442 doesn't work, Rashford and Mertens cannot do anything anymore and Koubally gives a penalty away every game.

Help.

Last 2 games, 3-1 up and lose. The next miss a penalty to go 3-2 in ET, miss it and lose. Yey
 
First weekend league I can remember in years where I actively tried and played all my games and bottled gold 1. Can't get things going on this game and can't seem to make simple passes in crucial areas. Id also say 75% of the people I played were all extremely good gold 2 and above. Rough times, but a pretty steep learning curve.
