Really. You'd assume Tahiti would play 10 defenders but their line is ridiculous.

This game has been dire tbh. Last night was an example of a proper game and hopefully Nigeria vs Uruguay will be similar.
I can't believe that penalty
Commentators summed it up though. The highlight of the match was Torres missing the penalty. Keeper celebrating like he's won the confederations cup!
San Marino and co go down that route and they're usually lucky not lose in double figures.
What's the point of going to just play defensive. You may as well go out and play football like they were doing.
Tbf, a better keeper and the score would have been more respectable.
I have enjoyed watching them, when they get on the ball there more exciting to watch than some teams I have seen internationally and in the prem!

The scoreline is irrelevant, as everyone knew they'd get beaten by Spain.
Once again though Tahiti Kept on going right until the end and did the game of football proud. What a memory those lads will have, playing the best team in the World at the Maracanã and having the vast majority of a crowd in the region of 60,000 cheering them on. Awesome.

Poor Tahiti...10-0 it ends with both Torres and Villa getting hattricks.
Writing was on the wall soon as they kicked off and Spain made 10 changes to their squad with Ramos being the only first team starter.
