I think its the fact that we haven't really had a chance to see him play. Give him a season at Barca and see what he can do. He looks good at times but he isn't the next Ronaldo/Rivaldo/Ronaldinho.

Thats not what he was saying. It was more to do with having a banter at a wrong decision or a bad call by the ref. If tech had the final say, then what would be the point in arguing over an offside goal.
 
Pretty easy win for Brazil for all intents and purposes...Neymar scored a stunner of a goal and Paulinho again gets another after scoring against England. Even Jo, a guy who hasn't played for Brazil for god knows how long got in the act.

Hulk is far more overrated than Neymar, absolutely nothing to show me hes any good. Oscar looks immense though, really has impressed me everytime I see him.

Still don't think this Brazilian side is anywhere close to the previous WC winners in all honesty.
 
They don't have a world class out and out striker like when they had Ronaldo. Fred, Damiao, Jo and Pato are all just average. The rest of the squad is superb though.
 
Superb is too strong when you look at the likes of Germany and Spain. There isn't that much class in the team:

-Alves at RB is dire defensively, he just benefits from playing for teams that generally have 70% possession
-Marcelo is painfully average
-Luiz is an accident waiting to happen
-Hulk doesn't do a lot
-Neymar loves a stepover more than being productive
-Kaka no longer plays for AC Milan / is remotely mobile
-they have no really good strikers.

The only really strong players they seem to have are Cesar, Silva, and Oscar.
 
Neymar has something like 21 goals and 13 assists in 34 games for Brazil and he isn't a strong player? Come on, I know everyone wants to jump on the overrated bandwagon but he turns up for Brazil.

Paulinho looks a quality center mid, Luiz should be adopted in a defensive mid position really, I agree he can make mistakes, if he matured a bit he'd be quality. Marcelo and Alves are still two of the best offensive fullbacks in the world, it's pretty rare now you get a player who can do both.
Hulk is weird, when I saw him against Liverpool last year he was a monster, I don't know if he's just not played in the correct position but he should do a lot better for them.
The rest of their squad is very strong in the midfield department.
 
I really really really really really hope Mehico and Italy doesn't end in a 0-0 or draw, its all Mehico do..
