I've got it on VM 994 but it definitely not showing up if you try the red button on normal BBC channel .

Edit: Uruguay are a mess. Their tactic seems to rely on hitting it to the front three and hoping they do something with the ball. The midfield aren't pushing forward and supporting them which is allowing Italy to dominate the centre of the pitch.

This seems an oddly massively under advertised game, even on the BBC website the link to the video is buried down below the main headline bits and not where the currently live game usually is, nor has been all throughout the competition. Couldn't spot it on tv at a quick glance, didn't remember when it started as I couldn't find it listed say on sky's sports centre thing even though the other confed games were listed.... bizarre.

Missed the goal due to bbc apparently trying to hide the fact the game is on.
