Can we make this the official fifa street thread?

Demo out today..not sure what time hopefully can grab it when I wake up..

From what I've seen it looks like it could be great fun!

Was thinking about it just for somehting fun to play, the demo will no doubt have a big say on me getting it or not.....Im going to say its unlikely

I'm currently downloading it. From all the videos i've seen it looks good as they've done it properly this time rather than just slapped it together like before.

Played the demo....deleted it pretty much straight away.

It's the first 'Street' game i've played so i'm not quite sure how it stacks up to the previous versions but I didn't like it. It just felt a bit 'clunky' even though the skills are meant to be performed fluidly.

I was interested in the concept as a FIFA12 player but I won't be getting this.

I liked the last one, played the demo of this and liked that too - I'll be getting it. It's about all the football I can handle these days, proper FIFA scares me.

Just played first game on the demo, came back from 0-2 down to win 3-2

Pretty hard though, will need to learn all the tricks etc!

this game is destined to drop in price rapidly imo, EA essentially have 3 Fifa games coming out within a year, Fifa 12, Euro 2012 and Fifa Street.

When the normal fifas tend to come out? What's in the euro one? Is there an ultimate team update?

the only difference is small changes to the game engine usually and graphics, it's usually never worth buying, it sell's poorly, but they might change it radically this year, you never know with EA

The Euro and WC games have been better than the real Fifa.

don't they only have international teams in them though? and no ultimate team, etc.

it's basically a smaller version of fifa

Yeah they do, but the gameplay has been better than the current Fifa out at that time.

I thought that the WC2010 engine has been the best so far of the recent games (been playing since 09, used to be a Pro Evo fanboi) - it was definitely better than FIFA11.

yeah because of the small changes to the game engine, it's basically a fifa 12.5 with half the stuff missing, imo, it is not worth spending £30-£40 on, especially with fifa 13 coming out a few months later. hardly anyone ever actually buys it, i will download the demo and see what it's like, but it's usually a flop compared to normal fifa.

fifa street though is a whole different game, making it possibly worthwhile if you want a more arcade type experience, which a lot of people do.

The Euro game is apparently not being done by EA anymore, they lost the rights to UEFA to Warner Bros and now Double Helix are apparently doing this.

It's not been confirmed or denied but Euro I think is usually in full swing of promo by now and there's not been a peep. It's a shame, because I've always preferred Euro and the World Cup games far more to normal Fifa 12.

They also have proper two player Be A Pro, which FIFA doesn't have in the same respect, which I've enjoyed many a good offline co-op on!

Haven't managed to play street yet, our electrics been down all day so it got stopped at 80%, resuming now.

Played it a bit earlier, the career mode looks pretty cool.

Still got nothing on one and two though

Man, downloaded it, went to play it and it was freezing HORRIBLY (on PS3). Couldn't sort it so gonna have to re-download tomorrow.

It's getting rave reviews though, it's made by the same team that make FIFA 12 this time, so don't be so hasty to dismiss it.
