Who cares? Most internationals are friendlies or qualifiers against crap teams, they play more internationals/friendlies today than they did 10-50 years ago. Lots of people score more internationally than for club(per game style), like Crouch or Welbeck, because most of the opposition is utterly worthless.

International records don't mean anything to me in general, actual records in world cups are a bit more meaningful, though still some very very crap teams make it to the finals still.

Wellbeck and Crouch didn't have 50 caps aged 22 though....Neymar is undeniably good for his country, had a disappointing season with Barca and can be infuriating though
