Why is it that when a player starts faffing and acting inside the penalty area, there is no foul. But if he does outside a foul is given?
Does it need to be a really obvious foul for a penalty to be given. If that's true then shouldn't that be the case for all fouls?

If Brazil top Group A they'll probably get Spain (possibly Chile) in the last 16 and then probably England in the quarters (assuming we finish runner up and can beat the winner of Group C ), then probably Germany in the semi finals. I can't see Brazil beating Germany at all so semi finals at most for me.
