Germany looked terrible against the USA when defending. I think France could really hurt them tonight. Put Lahm back in at RB please. I hate seeing him in a holding mid role.

Columbia to beat Brazil. JAMES > NEYMAR.

Germany to beat France and Columbia to beat Brazil. Nothing I have seen of Brazil has impressed me much.

Germany XI: Neuer, Lahm, Boateng, Hummels, Howedes, Schweinsteiger, Khedira,Muller, Kroos Ozil, Klose

France XI: Lloris; Debuchy, Varane, Sakho, Evra; Cabaye, Matuidi, Pogba; Valbuena, Benzema, Griezmann

Very interesting from Germany.

Very interesting from Germany.

Wasn't expecting Klose to start.

Has the potential to either be the game of the tournament (for now), or a German blitz if they click.

All this FIFA nonsense. They clearly don't give a toss about racism, as evidenced by their pathetic punishments in Italy and other countries.

France will lose easy fixtures have flattered them. Feel free to quote me later. :D

I can't say I disagree. They haven't looked that good and haven't had any really tough games.

All the gushing about Pogba is a little premature as well. He always looked a bit sluggish and laid back at United. Will be interesting to see if he can impose himself on a game if he gets closed down quickly.
