That was not a penalty. this is a contact sport and touching a persons toe does not force you to dive like that.

Yeah, both the first half pens should have been given for Mexico and Holland. It's just extremely frustrating to see unfair play knock teams out in that manner. Like Cannavaro said, it needs to be clear as day, it's the knockouts of the WC..

Think Holland deserved to go through, it was all Holland in the 2nd half and Mexico didn't really offer much in attack after they got that goal. Holland attacked well it has to be said and they created good chances.

Dont see how people can argue about that penalty, it was a clear as day penalty all day long. Robben made a horrible dive but it was still a penalty none the less.

It might mess up your balance though. Sticking your leg out like that and planting your foot on an opponents in your own penalty area is asking for trouble.

I don't like the fact he went down as though he'd just been shot in the back, but the contact was there.

Water breaks? GIRLS! Turn the heat up to 45c, put a bergen on, along with helmet, rifle, body armour + all other manner of goodies, then go for a long jaunt.

Gutted for Mexico. Clear penalty in the first ten mins with that kick to the head. Should have been a different result really.

I thought it was a penalty. I thought Mexico were desperately unlucky and it can not be nice to go out in those circumstances.
