Alli is the worst player in the pitch by far today.
It's Keown, he's a clown.
I listened to the build up and one minute he was going on about how confident he was in the team, then literally 2 minutes later he was saying how nervous he was about the team.

Southgate seems hell-bent on Alli starting, despite his injury, I don't understand why Rashford didn't start instead and have Alli as a sub option.

My issue with all this is, the deeper we go in the competition the more heart break we will suffer when/if we lose.
Yeah I'd feel more comfortable 2-0 up heh or even 3.
Providing we go out fighting to a decent side I would take that every day of the week, it's when we go out with a whimper that I can't stand.
Definitely when, certainly not if.

Doesn't matter where we go, this should always be seen as a squad building competition.
They are breaking some boogie shackles and this actually looks like a team. Not just a bunch of big names with big heads playing for themselves, contracts and moves.
