You have to say, England's draw with the USA doesn't look so bad now - almost every other team have struggled badly in a game and/or lost.

I would say our side of the draw is easily winnable as well. I haven't seen anything of France, Portugal or Spain that we cannot handle.

The referees basically had to leave for their own safety. There should have been multiple red cards given, but I'm guessing they didnt want to inflame the situation.
