Also, just got the final piece for my 1st choice 100 chemistry front line (Grafite) and he gets a 6 match shoulder injury in the first half, lol
 
One thing that annoys me about UT is that it doesn't matter what the players OVR is, if they play for Man Utd, Chelsea or Barcelona you can bet that they will cost a ridiculous amount. Anderson for example, I wanted a few backup midfielders for my Brazilian squad and he is going at an average price of 15,000. I'm sorry but no, for a few thousand extra Diego was up there and he is a vastly superior player in every way.

I avoid any Premier League players generally, they're so expensive because a lot of the players on this seem to be buying players they have seen on MOTD.

Helps if you have some knowledge of Bundesliga, Eredivisie etc to get some great players for knock-down prices. :)

My best team is an all-german defence (Fritz, Mertesacker etc) with a Dutch midfield and Brazilian or Columbian frontline! :D
 
All english/premier league gold cards are expensive

Martins up front is quick as hell, got him for just 1k, defenses just cant live with his pace
 
Whats with the points on this game, my settings are on legendary and i play a friendly against aston villa controlled by comp, i win 4-0 and only get about 450 points! whats with that, used to get about 1000 in the last one.

Just play in the tournaments. You can rack up a fair few points by just doing lots of single player tourneys.
 
Each tournament has a star rating. 1 being amateur and 5 being legendary etc. I think it displays it under the name, top left of the screen.
 
Seriously, what is the point in Chemistry in this version then? Everyone has twigged on its pretty much useless and just plays whoever they want, no difference in a 30 chemistry and 100 chemistry squad.

Pointless game.
 
well i still cannot get the hang of it at all!!

before the ultimate team came out, i never lost online, at all, not being big headed ahaha, on legendry id win every match, but, on ultimate team i play the computer and just about win on world class, i allso loose 50% of matches online, ive gone from trying 100% chemistry to just buying world class players, and, nothings worked at all, does formation matter much ?, ive gone from 4-4-2, 4-3-3 now im at this 3-4-2-1, but still no luck.
 
Theres a big thread regarding chemistry in online matches being duff on the fifa forums - ie the higher it is the worse your team performs, cant really say much myslef because i play single player mostly.

Those special kit packs were rubbish - 7.5K for tat really, :(

In my experience it doesn't make anything better or worse, online or off. I was worried about not having perfect chemistry so I built my first 2 squads with 100 chem and compared it to my other squad that was just a mish mash of players and it didn't seem to make any difference at all.
