sounds like he needs a smack. he's not a troll, he's a (disgusting) practical joker that goes too far.
id either want to smack him, chain him to a lampost for his whole birthday and leave him there or have no one turn up to his party.

also since when was troll related in anyway to practical jokes? trolling is inciting rage into people you hate and its usually a sad loser that does it.
