FiiO E10K

Strange, does it even load any drivers? Its plug and play so probably uses a generic USB driver. Maybe trying it in another USB socket would be worth a shot.

I enjoyed using it but found a UK supplier for the schiit stuff so ordered a stack earlier to try those :)

I got mine from Electromod, the official UK supplier. I love my Modi/Vali stack for my full sized headphones but the little E10K certainly kicks backside when it comes to IEMs.

Where I've ordered from, glad to know someone else has as their site isn't the most advanced thing.

I'm running the E10K at work and the bass boost certainly makes the DT770 come alive.

I've noticed that the effectiveness of the bass boost switch is very dependent on the earphones being used:

Fidue A73: Bass is very good without boost and with it becomes overpowering, just too much.

Havi B3 Pro 1: Gives a large boost to mid-bass, probably because they don't really have much in the way of sub-bass. The mid bass tends to bleed into the mids and the result is boominess.

RHA MA750: WOW, this really works a treat. All of the boost goes into the bass and the sub bass, no bleed, the mids are untouched. This makes the MA750s a whole lot more versatile, from mid centric to bass monsters at the flick of a switch. :)
