File Synchronisation Checks?

Does anyone know of an application which can check two folders and report any files which are missing from one or the other etc?

I know of a few apps which will synchronise the data but I need something which will just tell me whats missing first.

Well I guess you can use Sync Toy and click Preview... It won't actually do anything apart from show you what it will do if you then press Sync

I actually thought about Synctoy but I didnt remember it having a preview button :/

I like Syncback, which can also do this. (There's a free version)
